What a thing to do. Sitting and scribbling, on benches, sofas, trains and planes, for decades. Mulling and moulding, accumulating a zoo of poems. Sprucing them all up, stringing them together in a cloud of code and making a book. Just what we all wanted: a book of poetry.
Now, thanks to the world wide web, this book can go forth and mystify. It can live in your pocket, so you can poke at it while queueing in the street, wishing you were somewhere else. You can be somewhere else, lapping up language and looking afresh, or even askew.
There will be, eventually, a book made of paper, that can live in your other pocket. There will be, perhaps, an audio book, to save you the bother of reading it yourself. There will be recitals in cultural oases. Meanwhile, I invite you: be digital, be welcome, be wildered.
The ebook is available on Amazon, Kobo, and Google Play.
News and links will be posted on a new page at trombonepoetry.com
If you like the book, please help me to spread the word. If you don’t, well, there’s no need to make a fuss, is there?
