Trombonicle 67 / showtime

Kneptune Book PartyThe big event was the Book Party for Kneptune, celebrating 20 years in Rotherhithe. This was a lovely, convivial do at Deli Felice in Albion Street, followed by a gathering in The Ship, which has led to a further chance to chat about the book to some local folk.

The photo was provided by Kate Stephens, who has a private view of her art exhibition at House of Denna on Saturday 4th in the afternoon.

I’ll be looking for more opportunities to present the book hereabouts, or even thereabouts. The laboratory is working on some kind of slide show shizzle with cocktails and whatnot (subject to sponsorship).

April brings a few unexpected traditional jazz gigs, in Greenwich and Epping.

In May we’ll have more Latin music, gigs in Hull and another book, Marinets.
